Take A Pause: Join Us ONLINE Every Week

Join us online for guided meditation. A chance to check in, take a breath and come back home. An online community in the comfort of your own space.

8:30PM Adelaide Time/10AM GMT

Each session includes:

  • A guided meditation
  • Option Space for Q&A if you have a question
  • Encouragement: take time for your practice in busy and difficult times
  • This is a place for everyone: whether you’re just starting to meditate or you’ve had a practice for years. Or maybe you just need to take 30 minutes to stop, breathe, and not have to do anything or be anyone.

You don’t have to be ‘good’ at meditation. Come as you are, when you can, and be supported in the practice.

Dana: These meditations are offered on the principle of dana, or generosity and donation. Your contributions help pay for tech, time and preparation. If you aren’t able to contribute, that’s also fine – your presence in the group is important. Please join us!
