Stop. Breathe.
A Restorative Half Day Retreat for Clarity and Calm
Our lives are full of movement, deadlines, and constant mental activity. It can feel impossible to breathe, let alone pause.
When we stop, we give ourselves the chance to soften tension, settle the mind, and reconnect with the body. When we breathe, the whole system can begin to slow down. Care, compassion, clarity, and calm can emerge more naturally.
Through guided meditation, walking practice, gentle restorative qi gong, and simple exercises in friendliness and self-compassion, you will release habitual stress and reconnect with body and mind. These practices can stay with you long after the session ends, becoming tools you can carry into everyday life.
In this space, mental and physical tension can soften and fall away. A sense of balance and perspective can return.
You will leave feeling restored, more centred, and able to step back into the world with calm, clarity, and compassion for yourself and those around you.
